Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments
Promote and sell home automation solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and end customers
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in a simplified manner
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies
Requirements
Enthusiastic about smart home technologies
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in home automation, electricals, electronics, or related industry)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
Basic technical understanding of automation systems is preferred
Willingness to travel extensively within Chandigarh and Punjab
Experience working with channel partners or dealers
Familiarity with local market and network in Chandigarh & Punjab is a plus
