  • Vendor Management Support Services Manager overseeing vendor management support services at HCSC. Managing cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate communication.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the support services related to vendor management
  • Ensuring that all vendor-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively
  • Performance tracking, compliance monitoring, issue management, research, and reporting
  • Working with and providing support to internal teams and vendor teams
  • Building and developing relationships with cross-functional teams to address vendor-related issues
  • Analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvements and workflow efficiencies
  • Establishing KPI, monitoring SLA's, and establishing metric dashboards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technology support management, development, or supply chain support services, with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer oriented approach
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
