About the role

  • Regional Sales Specialist focusing on shaker systems and vibration solutions for clients in various industries. Collaborating with global teams to build and maintain key client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Prospect to identify new potential markets among existing clients or new players
  • Analyze client needs and build the best technical and financial offer
  • Present and demonstrate the added value of your solution to clients
  • Track opportunities and ensure their progression toward successful closure
  • Negotiate deals from technical, financial, and legal perspectives
  • Manage accounts in Key Account mode using tools like “Miller Heiman.”
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and exhibitions
  • Coordinate with project teams for customized solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 5 years in business development, sales management, or senior sales engineering positions in relevant industries
  • Proven track record of identification, evaluation, and commercialization of new business opportunities
  • Knowledge in Key Account mode; B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license & the ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Travel, up to 30-40%.
