Responsibilities
- Proactively manage inventory, ensuring optimal inventory levels and raw materials for plants
- Take ownership of Inventory (Raw Materials, Packaging, and WIP)
- Establish and maintain inventory balances to meet production requirements while optimizing working capital
- Conduct regular reviews of inventory levels to support target service levels
- Identify and resolve materials management issues causing deviations from inventory and service level targets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely communication of demand changes
- Initiate corrective actions for capacity and material supply chain issues
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders
- Track key KPIs related to RM planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management or similar
- 5+ experience in a Supply Chain position
- APICS certification preferred
- Fluent in English
- Fully conversant ERP SC related transactions & reporting functions, preferably SAP
- Demonstrable abilities in change management, leadership, and teamwork
- Good interpersonal and communication skills within all levels of the organization
- Able to withstand pressure
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Ability to take ownership of a project & make timely informed decisions
