About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist the legal department on a wide variety of matters focusing on contracts, data privacy, data security, confidentiality, digital advertising and marketing, content licensing, employment and intellectual property law issues
- Assist with reviewing and drafting contracts (e.g., Data Use Agreements, MSAs, MNDAs, SOWs, Licensing, Events and Marketing Agreements)
- Perform legal research
- Prepare detailed analysis memos, particularly as related to data privacy issues
- Assist with trademark portfolio management, conduct trademark searches, assist with drafting trademark clearance reports, assist with preparing trademark filings
- Assist with updating and creating corporate policies
Requirements
- 2L - 3L students preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Familiarity with data privacy laws
- Familiarity with advertising laws and regulations (FTC, FCC, TCPA etc) are a plus
