- Maintain workflow tracking systems and editorial calendars

- Write news articles and long-form features for a physician audience in the field of oncology
- Assist in identifying clinically relevant topics for coverage as news, features, guidelines, or unique content types across our brands
- Attend CDC, FDA, Advisory, and conference meetings
- Assist with identifying new avenues for clinician engagement
Requirements
- Current college student pursuing a degree in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, English, communications, journalism, writing, publishing, or the biological sciences
- Rising Junior or Senior preferred; interest in pursuing a career in publishing, medical communications, or medical information preferred
- Previous experience in medical writing or medical editing preferred
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Enthusiastic about learning new things
- Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Adaptable and able to manage a flexible workload
- Able to work independently following instruction
- Must provide own housing and transportation to and from work
