About the role

  • Solutions Architect engaging with clients to demonstrate AI solutions in cybersecurity. Collaborating across teams to ensure customer needs are met and understood effectively.

Responsibilities

  • What You’ll Do
  • Responsible and accountable for all pre-sale technical activities
  • Collaborate closely with customers to create and execute tailored POCs that highlight how Harmonic simplifies data protection for the GenAI era
  • Work as part of the EMEA/DACH sales team to close new business opportunities and support existing customers through the lifetime of their contracts
  • Work closely with product and marketing to turn deep technical insights into compelling content and messaging
  • Stay on top of the competitive landscape to help shape our story and spotlight what makes Harmonic stand out

Requirements

  • What You Bring
  • A proven track record in a solutions engineering or presales engineering role. Experience in customer-facing post-sales roles such as technical customer engineering or technical account management, or in security, is a plus
  • Hands-on experience and a deep understanding of deploying and managing software in enterprise environments, as well as working with MDM solutions such as Intune, JAMF, and Kandji
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, confidently using new tools and environments, and troubleshooting live issues under pressure
  • A hands-on, team-first mindset, quick to step up for new challenges and support others
  • Scripting experience (Python, shell, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Proactive ownership, delivering the best customer outcomes with little guidance
  • A self-starter attitude, driven to research, investigate, and learn independently to solve problems
