Responsibilities
- Advise companies on the implementation and optimization of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Develop tailored solutions for agile projects and IT service management, from concept to delivery.
- Lead engaging workshops and training sessions to prepare teams for Atlassian tools and agile practices.
- Analyze complex requirements and create concepts that deliver measurable value.
- Support migrations to the Atlassian Cloud and integrate solutions into existing IT landscapes.
- Collaborate with internal experts and partners to advance innovative solutions and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence; experience with Bitbucket and Bamboo is a plus).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and IT service management.
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a process-oriented way of working.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Atlassian certification or interest in obtaining one.
