About the role

  • Account Manager focusing on B2B sales in digital transformation with emphasis on collaboration and automation solutions. Working in a hybrid model from various locations in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition: Independently identify potential customers and proactively reach out to initiate business.
  • Stakeholder management and discovery: Build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers and conduct in-depth analysis of business pain points to develop tailored solutions.
  • Proposal and negotiation management: Create compelling proposals, conduct negotiations confidently, and close deals.
  • Stakeholder orchestration: Coordinate presales, architecture and delivery — you are the central point where all threads come together.
  • Market and trend monitoring: Identify new opportunities, analyze competitors, and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner and campaign work: Develop and optimize playbooks, implement them in campaigns, and collaborate closely with marketing and technology partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or the drive to quickly grow into the role.
  • Hunter mentality: You enjoy winning new customers and closing deals.
  • Experience in strategic consulting for IT solutions such as Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365, Azure) or in process automation; alternatively, a good understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Openness to innovation and enthusiasm for our focus areas: process automation, cloud, AI and collaboration.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills at all levels.
  • Structured, self-driven working style and confident use of CRM tools.
  • Excellent German (C2) and proficient English (B2).
  • Willingness to travel within D/A/CH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland).
