About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handling various transactions within financial accounting
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Cash and bank bookkeeping
  • Invoicing
  • Monitoring incoming payments
  • Posting incoming and outgoing payments
  • Preparation and analysis of the monthly VAT advance return
  • Support tasks for preparing monthly and annual financial statements

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally, professional experience in financial accounting for trades/crafts or property management
  • Ability to work in a structured, independent and responsible manner
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Friendly, reliable and goal-oriented
  • Enjoy working in your day-to-day tasks
