Responsibilities
Active support in B2B sales (lead handling, follow-ups, scheduling appointments)
Telephone and written communication with business clients
Qualifying leads and maintaining the sales pipeline in the CRM (Pipedrive)
Preparation and follow-up of proposals
Documenting conversations and outcomes in the CRM
Assisting with sales initiatives, campaigns and sales processes
Requirements
You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications or similar)
You are interested in sales, customer contact and performance
Initial experience in sales, call center, customer service or a similar role is an advantage
You are communicative, persuasive and confident on the phone
You work goal-oriented, reliably and don’t get discouraged easily
You want to learn, take on responsibility and earn money
