Requirements
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Program Management, Engineering, Sciences, Quality Assurance, or Operations Management
- 3+ years of relevant experience in research, data collection/analysis, and metrics
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, Tableau, SQL, and PowerPoint
- Experience in Facility Management is an asset
- Strong leadership and guidance skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management and Quality Management principles
- Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred
- Valid Class “G” Driver’s Licence
