Responsibilities

  • work at the forefront
  • take full independent responsibility for your own property portfolio and manage it comprehensively
  • work with us in a highly digitized environment
  • using innovative and digital solutions, independently manage rental, common and separate (individual) property
  • independently coordinate the awarding and supervision of repair services and service contracts
  • carry out unit handover and acceptance inspections
  • independently plan and conduct owners' meetings
  • work closely with the property advisory boards and property owners
  • perform document/invoice checks and property inspections
  • ensure the quality of our service providers through property inspections and document/invoice checks

Requirements

  • Bring a passion for real estate and property management
  • Be willing to take on new challenges and continuously learn
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Work in a structured manner and be prepared to take responsibility
  • Experience in the real estate sector, ideally as a certified WEG property manager
