  • Manager overseeing unstructured storage development for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Leading software design and development projects while managing teams and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products
  • Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools
  • Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues
  • Manages exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors
  • Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes

Requirements

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience required
  • Typically 15 or more years of related work experience
  • 0 -2 years of people management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage human capital across geographies
  • Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies
