• Design efficient lab with performance and R&D teams to meet user needs.
• Responsible for procuring and installing systems for benchmarks.
• Communicate project status and escalates issues to managers and development partners.
• Facilitate negotiations between teams for efficient lab resource use.
• Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Provide management for assigned team members, including hiring and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or MIS.
• 15+ years of Data work experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage human capital across geographies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
