About the role

• Engineering Program Manager responsible for managing product development and implementation at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Overseeing project teams and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company’s products.
• Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget.
• Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders.
• Collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 6–10 years of experience managing manufacturing projects within the electronics industry.
• PMP / PMI certification preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira are considered a nice to have.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
