About the role

  • Director of Network AI Sales managing the North America specialist overlay organization. Building relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic customer engagement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Build, scale and run the North America specialist overlay organization.
  • Establish operational excellence and strategic direction.
  • Drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Recruit, develop and retain top sales and management talent.
  • Define deal strategy and manage large complex deals.
  • Coach teams on enterprise sales frameworks.
  • Partner with multiple functions to align roadmaps and accelerate adoption.
  • Represent North America in global planning and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive enterprise networking sales experience.
  • 5–10 years of progressive sales management experience, with at least 4–5 years leading people managers.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale teams.
  • Deep experience in complex enterprise sales.
  • Strong vertical business acumen in financial services or manufacturing.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across product, engineering, enablement and partner organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
