Responsibilities
Set the strategy: Help craft the roadmap that ladders to our global goals. You’ll prioritise ruthlessly to ensure we’re always working on the highest-impact bets.
Lead the full lifecycle: Drive 0 → 1 experiments, 1 → n iterations. You validate fast with prototypes and customer feedback, blending data with product intuition.
Champion the customer: Spend time with compliance officers, marketers and legal teams to uncover pain, co-design solutions and pressure-test prototypes. Pair qualitative depth with quantitative evidence.
Scale the AI engine: Partner with engineers to build and improve LLM-powered features with enterprise-grade performance, cost efficiency, and guardrails.
Rally the squad: Align design, engineering, data, marketing, and execs around a shared story. Keep work unblocked, comms crisp, and momentum high, even when priorities collide.
Lead & mentor: Align teams around shared goals. Build strong discovery and delivery rituals, model clear decision-making, and raise the quality bar through tight scope and rapid feedback loops.
Requirements
You have a B2B SaaS Track Record: You’ve owned and shipped features of high-growth B2B SaaS products in a Product Manager capacity.
You Speak "Engineer" and "AI": You don’t need to be a developer, but you are technically fluent.
You have Enterprise Polish: You understand that "enterprise-grade" doesn't mean "boring." You have experience building sophisticated tools that feel as delightful as consumer apps while meeting the rigorous security and trust demands of Fortune 500 buyers.
You have Global Ambition: You have experience (or a deep hunger) for entering new markets. You understand the nuances of the US enterprise landscape and are ready to help us bridge the gap between our Australian roots and our global future.
You are Accountability-First: You have a history of owning the outcomes. You don’t just ship features; you ship results, and you have the metrics (adoption, retention, ROI) to prove it.
