- 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
- Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to follow, promote and implement safety programs
