Vice President of Customer Success Partnerships leading a team to enhance service delivery and account management strategies for ComPsych's clients. Focus on strategic initiatives and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Provide transformational account leadership direction as a key member of the management team to foster continuous development in service delivery, customer satisfaction and retention and growth
Establish and execute a strategy to increase performance, revenue and profitability which includes reviewing existing product portfolios, providing recommendations for new product development, and developing communication initiatives
Oversee all types of ComPsych Accounts but with a specific focus on strategic distribution partners
Partner with internal resources to recruit, develop and manage a high caliber workforce
Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and team members
Coach team members to enhance their client relationship skills and their understanding of their customers' business and human capital and benefits issues
Ensure the effective delivery of programs to large, complex accounts, including implementation planning, communications, training, issue resolution and reporting
Identify, create and execute enhancements to customer service delivery which may include processes, tools and automation
Identify potential upsell opportunities to better satisfy customer needs while increasing ComPsych’s overall profitability
Collaborate with senior leadership team to ensure ComPsych is strategically positioned for continual growth and remains at the leading edge of the industry
Requirements
10+ years Sr. Sales and/or Account Management Leadership Experience
Partner/distribution partner management experience a plus
Demonstrated success of managing and developing a team of strategic account managers who handle large, complex customers in the HR service, employee benefits or insurance industry
Proven track record selling additional service lines to current customers
Travel as necessary to meet with new and existing customers
BS/BA required; MBA a plus
International experience a plus
Excellent computer skills including fluency in the Microsoft Office suite; CRM experience is a requirement
