About the role

  • E-commerce Web Marketing Specialist contributing to digital marketing strategies across key channels focusing on North American markets and optimizing performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Web Marketing, CRO and SEO Manager in the planning, allocation, and ongoing optimization of the monthly media budget, ensuring effective ROI and alignment with sales targets.
  • Analyze key metrics (Traffic, CR, CTR, Revenue, Promo Redemption) and identify trends to support strategic decision-making, while proactively proposing new channels, tools, CRO and other opportunities to enhance performance and achieve business goals.
  • Support the planning and execution of online campaigns, with a focus on SEM, Remarketing, Social Paid and Affiliate programs.
  • Coordinate with external media agencies and partners, sharing briefs and assets, and ensuring the timely and correct delivery of campaigns.
  • Conduct daily checks on digital campaigns (SEM, Display) to ensure consistency with marketing guidelines and commercial priorities.
  • Cooperate with internal teams (CRM, ADV, Retail-Ops, Retail Inventory & Merchandising) to align and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with all E-commerce Teams keeping track of marketing activities and daily tasks through shared calendars and task management tools.
  • Perform promotion and new feature tests in staging and production environments.
  • Follow up on change requests or bugs tickets through Jira platform.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a digital, e-commerce, or fashion environment with a strong focus on North American and Canadian markets
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce dynamics.
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset, confident in working with data and performance metrics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive, flexible and team-oriented, yet capable of managing tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency of digital marketing tools like GA4, Google Search Console & Looker studio
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Interest in working in a cross-functional and international environment.
