About the role

  • Regional Strategic Account Manager for Guardant Health driving adoption of oncology solutions across health systems. Develop and execute strategic account plans and engage decision-makers in complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers
  • Drive Shield adoption and scale through health system enablement
  • Identify gaps in care delivery and operational barriers to adoption
  • Lead QBRs/MBRs with defined performance metrics
  • Coordinate with internal Guardant teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years Account Management at C/D- Suite
  • Proven experience in strategic/enterprise account management strategy
  • Strong background in diagnostics adoption within health systems
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Executive presence and strong business acumen
  • Highly organized, proactive communicator
