Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies
  • Promote the Shield colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to healthcare providers
  • Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building
  • Educate and support healthcare providers, gaining stakeholder support
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster collaborations
  • Develop and execute business plans for product launches
  • Monitor competitive landscape and analyze market trends
  • Provide high-touch customer service across all phases of the sales process

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a B2B field-based and customer-facing sales role
  • Preferred: Experience selling medical or healthcare products or services
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in selling conversations
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms
