Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development & operational management of Gartner AI Toolmate.
- Lead testing for emerging technology and help coordinate pilots across IT.
- Design and lead a hybrid workforce where AI agents, human engineers and end users operate in a continuous feedback loop.
- Meet with users to solicit feedback and inform our roadmap.
Requirements
- 10 years+ as a software engineer and/or solution architect, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Exceptional software engineering skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Curiosity and eagerness to constantly learn new technologies.
- Ability to manage effectively a team of engineers and AI agents.
- Full stack architect/engineer with front-end, back-end, database and cloud expertise.
- Front-end: React + Vite + Redux Toolkit.
- Back-end: Express.js (ESM), LangChain, LangGraph, Azure AI Search, Azure Blob Storage.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Focus on user experience, security, product quality and operational excellence.
