Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages used in Wardha.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Right to work in India.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or medical liaison roles (preferred)
Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals (preferred)
Strong planning, organisation and time management skills (preferred)
Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity (preferred)
Fluency in Marathi, Hindi or other local languages commonly used in Wardha (preferred)
