About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage local healthcare professionals across Wardha to build trust and share clear, science-based information that supports better patient care.
  • Develop and deliver a focused territory plan using customer insight to prioritise activity.
  • Work closely with colleagues across functions to solve local challenges and improve access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages used in Wardha.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Right to work in India.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or medical liaison roles (preferred)
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals (preferred)
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills (preferred)
  • Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity (preferred)
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi or other local languages commonly used in Wardha (preferred)
