Responsibilities
Drive the expansion strategy in Northern or Eastern Germany
Negotiate and manage new and existing lease agreements
Identify and acquire potential and existing rental properties
Review incoming lease offers
Negotiate new lease agreements through to finalization and renegotiate existing contracts
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analyses
Work closely with prospective franchisees, landlords and partners
Contribute to expansion projects and represent the company at industry events
Build long-term relationships with landlords and key partners
Requirements
