Responsibilities

  • Deputize for the operational day-to-day management of the restaurant

  • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs
  • Conduct job interviews and select employees

Requirements

  • Several years' experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Good German language skills — at least C1 level
  • Experience leading teams
  • You act as both a motivator and a point of contact for your team
  • An eye for talent
