About the role

  • Facility Manager maintaining technical systems in Frittenwerk's restaurants across Germany. Overseeing maintenance, managing service providers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the smooth operation of all technical systems in our branches (kitchen equipment, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical and plumbing systems)
  • You maintain, service and keep restaurant-specific technical equipment operational in the system catering environment
  • You coordinate and manage external service providers, contractors and maintenance companies
  • You plan and implement maintenance and inspection intervals in accordance with legal requirements (e.g., DGUV, fire safety, hygiene)
  • You support new builds and refurbishments as well as the technical setup of new locations
  • You handle incident management, including fault analysis, prioritization and sustainable problem resolution
  • You monitor costs, budgets and maintenance efforts and continuously optimize them
  • You work closely with our Operations, Construction teams and restaurant management

Requirements

  • You have completed a technical vocational training or a degree (e.g., Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, etc.)
  • You possess solid knowledge of the technical requirements in the restaurant/system catering sector
  • You have experience working with kitchen equipment and catering infrastructure
  • You are familiar with relevant legal regulations and standards
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and maintain an overview even in stressful situations
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality
