About the role

  • Expansion Manager for Frittenwerk exploring ideal locations for new restaurants. Responsibilities include analyzing potential sites and negotiating lease agreements for further growth.

Responsibilities

  • You assess catchment areas and analyze macro- and micro-level factors of locations to determine their suitability for new Frittenwerk restaurants
  • You independently source locations, regularly liaise with property owners, landlords or project developers, and persuade them to collaborate with Frittenwerk
  • You negotiate lease agreements for existing and future locations
  • You prepare potential, site, market and competitor analyses and support our Construction team with technical feasibility assessments
  • You consistently expand and maintain your personal network to secure a long-term pipeline of potential Frittenwerk locations
  • You continuously optimize the profitability of our real estate portfolio

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree in Real Estate, Real Estate Management or Urban Planning, or you have a completed commercial apprenticeship as a real estate agent (Immobilienkaufmann/Immobilienkauffrau)
  • You have at least three years of experience in site acquisition for retail or, ideally, in the restaurant/foodservice (system gastronomy) sector — experience as a broker or in center leasing management is a plus
  • You enjoy being on the road and are happy to travel
  • You are passionate about commercial real estate, have solid experience in tenancy and contract law, and conduct negotiations confidently
  • You like to work independently and can handle a high degree of autonomy in your day-to-day work
  • You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured way and demonstrate a proactive working style
