About the role
- Develop a multi-user dashboard platform integrating vehicle-tracking APIs and BI tools. Work across front-end and back-end, implement APIs, and optimize data models and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Develop a dashboard platform with individual access control and integration with vehicle-tracking APIs.
- Display KPIs, routes, maps and operational alerts clearly and efficiently.
- Create a secure multi-user dashboard with an organized design and optimized loading.
- Elicit requirements from clients and develop front-end and back-end applications using a variety of technologies.
- Plan and execute verification and validation tests for the applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- BI tools: Power BI, Metabase, Redash or Looker Studio.
- Dashboard modeling, KPIs, SQL and DAX (for Power BI).
- Back-end: proficiency in languages such as Node.js, Python, Go or similar.
- REST API development, authentication (JWT/OAuth/Tokens) and consumption of external APIs (telemetry, GPS, logs, events).
- Databases: PostgreSQL or MySQL, including complex queries, views, performance optimization and data modeling.
