About the role

  • Governança de TI focusing on quality assurance and incident management while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Engaging in continuous improvement methodologies to ensure compliance in processes.

Responsibilities

  • Incident Committee Management:
  • Coordinate and lead incident committee meetings;
  • Review and analyze reported incidents, ensuring effective resolution with the responsible team;
  • Develop and implement action plans with stakeholders to prevent future incidents;
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of incident management processes, proposing continuous improvements;
  • Change Committee Management:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of changes, from request through implementation and closure;
  • Conduct change committee meetings, ensuring risk and impact assessments are performed;
  • Ensure all changes are documented in accordance with company policies;
  • Produce reports and presentations on process performance;
  • Documentation and Policy Standardization Committee Management:
  • Establish and maintain standards for IT documentation and policies;
  • Lead initiatives to review and update policies and procedures;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal standards;
  • IT Service Quality Management through Satisfaction Surveys:
  • Develop and implement IT service satisfaction surveys;
  • Analyze survey results to identify areas for improvement;
  • Prepare reports and present findings to senior management;
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions based on user feedback;
  • Action Plan Management:
  • Develop, implement and monitor action plans derived from committee meetings;
  • Ensure action plans are executed within established deadlines;
  • Perform continuous follow-up on action plans, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives;
  • Report progress of action plans to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Experience managing committees and IT governance processes;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead multidisciplinary teams;
  • Proficiency in IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT to structure and maintain IT processes in accordance with corporate standards;
  • Ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma) to IT processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with governance policies;
  • Ability to identify, manage and mitigate operational and security risks in IT environments; experience implementing internal controls and conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with internal and industry regulations and standards;
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance tools such as risk and audit management platforms, and knowledge of quality control and monitoring tools, continuous improvement frameworks, international standards and best practices.
  • Differential:
  • Certifications in IT governance or quality management (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, CTFL);
  • Experience in projects implementing and managing the Jira tool.
