Responsibilities
Lead and support the management of the company's social responsibility programs and initiatives, such as donations, social campaigns, and the corporate volunteering program.
Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of new social responsibility projects and programs aligned with the company's ESG strategy.
Contribute to the development of the company's ESG strategy by providing technical and analytical support on social issues and human rights.
Support the drafting and updating of policies, guides, and institutional materials related to Social Responsibility, Human Rights, and diversity.
Map and analyze the company's impact on the communities where Grupo Panvel operates, identifying opportunities for developing social initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Support internal processes related to promoting an inclusive and respectful work environment, providing analyses, recommendations, and awareness-raising initiatives on social and diversity topics.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement and monitor initiatives related to ethics, diversity, inclusion, and human rights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Social Sciences, Social Work, Public Policy Management, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
Corporate experience with social projects is a plus.
Availability to work on-site in Eldorado do Sul, RS (Brazil).
