About the role

  • Technical Consultant for automotive sector supporting dealerships in Brazil with performance analysis and process improvement. Hybrid work with travel required to client locations in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the main technical indicators within your region through data analysis, maintain frequent contact with dealerships and support them in the continuous improvement of customer-facing processes.
  • Support Technical Assistance topics (warranty, tooling, immobilized vehicles in the workshop, etc.).
  • Provide on-site instruction and support at critical dealers.
  • Act as the brand focal point for high-priority and urgent cases, carrying out corrective and preventive actions at dealerships in your region.
  • Monitor and define effective action plans related to technical training for dealerships in your region, and ensure each follows the client's guidance.
  • Ensure dealerships carry out campaigns and recalls for vehicles serviced in their workshops by verifying chassis numbers (VINs) for pending campaigns or recalls.
  • Advise technicians to keep tools updated in the manufacturer's system on a monthly basis, in accordance with client recommendations.
  • Hold regional meetings with technicians, After-Sales managers and workshop chiefs to build relationships, exchange information and share best practices on a semi-annual basis.
  • Participate in weekly emergency case meetings with other areas.
  • Serve as the link between the client and the network's technical area.
  • Hybrid work (remote and on-site) with required availability to travel to support dealerships in the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or related fields.
  • Experience in process improvement and data analysis.
  • Experience with quality tools (SWOT, PDCA, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Valid Category B driver's license (CNH B).
  • Advantage: experience in dealership after-sales.
  • Availability to work in Londrina.
