About the role
- Consultor Técnico de Performance role at Maxxi Trainning supporting dealerships in Brazil. Contributing to continuous improvement through data analysis and technical assistance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, within your region, the main technical indicators through data analysis, maintaining frequent contact with dealerships and supporting them in the continuous improvement of customer-facing processes.
- Support Technical Assistance topics (Warranty, Tooling, Immobilized Vehicles – in the workshop, etc.).
- Provide on-site instruction at critical dealerships.
- Act as the brand's focal point for high-priority and urgent cases, performing corrective and preventive actions at dealerships in your region.
- Monitor and define effective action plans regarding technical training at the dealerships in your region, as well as ensure adherence to each dealership’s guide following the client's guidelines.
- Ensure that dealerships execute campaigns and recalls for vehicles that come into their workshops by verifying chassis/VINs with pending campaigns or recalls.
- Guide technicians to keep tools updated monthly in the manufacturer's system, in accordance with client recommendations.
- Organize regional meetings with technicians, After-Sales managers and workshop chiefs to build relationships, share information, and exchange best practices, held semiannually.
- Participate in weekly emergency case meetings with other departments.
- Serve as the link between the client and the network's technical department.
- Hybrid work (remote and on-site) with required availability to travel to support regional dealerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or related fields;
- Experience in process improvement and data analysis;
- Experience with quality tools (SWOT, PDCA, etc.);
- Experience with Agile methodologies;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Availability to travel;
- Valid driver's license (CNH B);
- Advantage: prior experience in dealership after-sales operations;
- Availability to operate in Vitória, ES (Espírito Santo, Brazil).
