About the role

  • Service Consultant providing exceptional customer experience in Personal Banking by processing transactions and identifying customer needs. Working in a close-knit team in a branch environment.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering high quality customer interactions, demonstrating ANZ service standards at all customer interactions.
  • Working efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions as quickly as possible.
  • Establishing good working relationships, contribute and work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.
  • Undertaking Cash Management requirements in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
