About the role

Responsibilities
- Work in the discovery and planning phases of new products/services (research, interviews, benchmarking, journeys);
- Collect, organize and present data to support product decisions;
- Document processes, decisions and area workflows;
- Propose and implement operational improvements to drive scalability and efficiency;
- Analyze metrics and performance indicators (KPIs);
- Hold initial meetings with stakeholders when necessary;
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure alignment across teams;
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables and roadmap progress;
- Contribute to the creation of product materials and documents (personas, journeys, presentations, reports, etc.).
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Marketing, Technology, Health or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product.
- Previous role as a Product Analyst or similar position, with knowledge of the full product lifecycle;
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product Management, Strategy, Innovation, Health or Project Management.
- Experience with products focused on the healthcare sector;
