- Intern responsible for active debt collection through phone and email at Carbel Auto Group. Assisting with report preparation and organization of legal documents.
Responsibilities
- Realizar cobrança ativa de clientes inadimplentes, por telefone, e-mail e demais canais;
- Enviar notificações de cobrança e acompanhar os casos até o efetivo recebimento ou esgotamento da via extrajudicial;
- Elaborar, atualizar e controlar planilhas de acompanhamento de inadimplência e recebimentos;
- Preparar relatórios gerenciais de status, valores recuperados e pendências;
- Organizar e consolidar subsídios (documentos, histórico e valores) para interposição de ações judiciais nos casos não solucionados extrajudicialmente.
Requirements
- Cursando graduação em Administração (até o 7º período) ou Direito (do primeiro ao 5º período);
- Conhecimento no pacote office no mínimo intermediário.
