Responsibilities
Expand key accounts by deepening relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring client success.
Prospect, develop, and close new opportunities within multifamily and student housing portfolios through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Manage the full sales process from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close.
Consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline by booking qualified meetings and creating new opportunities through outbound efforts.
Understand client needs and position 365 Retail Markets’ solutions as essential to their amenity, operations, and revenue strategy.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships, and delivering value.
Stay informed on multifamily and student housing trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in self-service and unattended retail.
Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Requirements
2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in multifamily technology, proptech, retail technology, SaaS, or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through consistent outbound activity and a strong track record of booking meetings.
Success in creating qualified pipeline that converts to closed business through disciplined outbound activity, strong ICP alignment, the ability to drive prospect engagement, and securing commitment to move opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Experience selling into multifamily, student housing, or REITs, or selling to operators in unattended retail / vending / refreshment services is strongly preferred.
Strong consultative selling, discovery, and closing abilities with a disciplined, activity-driven approach to sales.
Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to operate independently while contributing to a high-performance team environment.
