Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance on e-commerce platforms;
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, such as sell-in, sell-out, investments, P&L and digital shelf;
Conduct negotiations with clients and partners to maximize sales opportunities;
Prepare and execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP) to align goals and objectives with clients;
Work closely with supply and trade teams to ensure efficient execution of sales strategies;
Monitor and analyze clients' financial indicators, including the P&L, to identify growth opportunities and maximize performance;
Use advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis, reporting and high-level presentations;
Stay up to date on e-commerce trends and best practices and on servicing purely digital clients;
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure synergy and alignment of strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce and servicing purely digital clients, as well as other marketplace platforms;
Experience in commercial negotiations and strong communication skills;
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creation;
Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and meet established targets;
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital execution on e-commerce players and monitoring the digital shelf.
