About the role

  • Responsible for supply negotiation and stakeholder management at Grupo Boticário. Involves CAPEX equipment negotiations and compliance with legal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for negotiating services and CAPEX equipment; maintaining continuous interfaces with stakeholders; prospecting and qualifying suppliers; supporting technical managers in preparing procurement tender documents, contractual SLAs, pricing spreadsheets, and technical and commercial equalization metrics.
  • Issuing purchase orders and operational contracts in the systems.
  • Preparing, together with the technical and legal teams, and negotiating category contract drafts.
  • Uploading contract drafts and tracking their signatures in the system.
  • Providing periodic reports on the progress of supplier negotiations to Procurement leadership and stakeholders.
  • Managing procurement indicators/KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, Microsoft Office, and SAP system.
  • Knowledge of Ariba and intermediate English are advantages.
  • Preferably skilled in data analysis / dashboards.
  • Negotiation skills appropriate to the level of seniority.
  • Experience as a Buyer/Procurement professional.
