About the role

  • Analista II responsible for performance and indicators at Grupo Boticário. Collaborating on data analysis and executive reporting for strategic business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the indicators: Occurrence Rate, Total Loss Rate and AVCBs Index (Fire Department Inspection Certificates);
  • Results management, including the development of new visualizations, trend analyses and projections;
  • Management and governance of FCAs (Fact, Cause and Action) for indicators that are outside target;
  • Preparation of executive materials, data analysis and liaison with partner areas to understand results and provide justifications;
  • Consolidation of information and results for presentations in executive meetings;
  • Interaction with strategic areas to build and monitor results;
  • Preparation of presentation materials for executive committees and monthly meetings with senior management (Directors and Vice Presidents).

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related/technical fields;
  • Knowledge and experience in building and managing indicators for Physical Security and Facilities;
  • Experience in data analysis, building projections and identifying trends;
  • Assertive communication with the ability to influence decision-making;
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic vision and agility in problem solving;
  • Ability to synthesize information and prepare executive-level materials for senior leadership;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Tableau, Looker and DataPrep.
