Responsibilities
- Management of the indicators: Occurrence Rate, Total Loss Rate and AVCBs Index (Fire Department Inspection Certificates);
- Results management, including the development of new visualizations, trend analyses and projections;
- Management and governance of FCAs (Fact, Cause and Action) for indicators that are outside target;
- Preparation of executive materials, data analysis and liaison with partner areas to understand results and provide justifications;
- Consolidation of information and results for presentations in executive meetings;
- Interaction with strategic areas to build and monitor results;
- Preparation of presentation materials for executive committees and monthly meetings with senior management (Directors and Vice Presidents).
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related/technical fields;
- Knowledge and experience in building and managing indicators for Physical Security and Facilities;
- Experience in data analysis, building projections and identifying trends;
- Assertive communication with the ability to influence decision-making;
- Strong analytical skills, strategic vision and agility in problem solving;
- Ability to synthesize information and prepare executive-level materials for senior leadership;
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Tableau, Looker and DataPrep.
