About the role

  • Educational Assessor developing and conducting training for educators aligned with national policies in Brazil. Supporting educational programs and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person and online training for teachers, pedagogical coordinators, school leaders and technical teams of Departments of Education.
  • Develop and deliver training pathways aligned with the BNCC, general and specific competencies, active methodologies and PNLD guidelines.
  • Provide continuous pedagogical support, advising on best practices for using materials, components of the school system and digital platforms.
  • Produce reports, pedagogical opinions and recommendations based on evidence and the needs of the networks served.
  • Support the implementation of programs, textbook collections, school systems and other educational solutions in municipalities and states.
  • Monitor relevant educational indicators (IDEB, literacy, grade flow, VAAR, ICMS Educação) and recommend training actions aligned with local goals.
  • Monitor pedagogical use of materials and support managers in planning and strengthening classroom practices.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with Departments of Education, Regional Directorates, schools and other public-sector stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at events, fairs, conferences and state/municipal trainings.
  • Record all activities in corporate tools, ensuring accuracy, traceability and performance indicators.
  • Work together with sales, providing pedagogical technical support during pre-sales, implementation and post-sales phases.
  • Contribute to strategies for contract expansion, renewal and client retention.
  • Produce technical arguments, comparative studies of textbook collections, analyses of school systems and pedagogical opinions to support negotiations.
  • Use digital tools and educational platforms strategically, promoting innovation in the teaching-learning process.
  • Encourage the use of digital and hybrid methodologies, aligned with General Competency 5 of the BNCC (Digital Culture).
  • Lead high-quality online meetings, webinars and virtual training pathways.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Special Education or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in education, school management, literacy, curriculum, educational public policy or related areas is desirable.
  • Experience as a teacher, pedagogical coordinator, teacher trainer or public network education technician.
  • Previous experience in pedagogical advising, PNLD, servicing education networks and working with school systems.
  • Experience with continuing professional development, active methodologies and implementation of educational programs.
  • Thorough knowledge of national policies: BNCC, DCNs, PNLD, Full-Time Education (Educação Integral), Inclusive Education, current legislation and educational indicators.
  • Deep understanding of the logic, pedagogical structure and implementation of school systems, including their tools, materials and training flows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and empathy.
  • Autonomy, organization, systemic vision and analytical capacity.
  • Digital skills: proficiency with PowerPoint, online spreadsheets, videoconferencing platforms and collaborative tools.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Hold a valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) - category B.
