About the role
- Electromonteur responsible for quality checks in electrical engineering. Conducts tests and ensures quality of electrical systems and components.
Responsibilities
- As an Electrical Assembler (m/f/d) in the test field, you are an important member of our electrical engineering team
- Perform tests and ensure the quality of our electrical systems and components
- Assemble and wire electrical assemblies, control cabinets and test systems according to wiring diagrams, parts lists and technical drawings
- Execute functional and safety tests on electrical devices, systems and components in accordance with test plans, standards and customer specifications (e.g., VDE, DIN, IEC)
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify electrical faults or deviations discovered during testing
- Carry out measurements and record test results (e.g., insulation resistance, high-voltage tests, continuity checks, performance tests)
- Document test results in test reports
- Support development and quality departments with first-article testing and series release
- Contribute to the optimization of test procedures and technical improvements to test rigs and measuring fixtures
- Adhere to safety regulations and quality standards in the test field (e.g., occupational safety, ESD, ISO 9001)
- Assist with commissioning and final acceptance tests together with the customer
- Participate in training new employees or apprentices in the test field
Requirements
- Vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Operating Technology, Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Installer or comparable qualification
- Solid skills in reading and implementing circuit diagrams and wiring documentation
- Experience using measurement and test equipment (e.g., multimeter, insulation testers, power meters)
- Knowledge of electrical protection measures and test standards (VDE, DIN EN 61439, etc.)
- Careful, structured and quality-conscious working style
- Team player with a sense of responsibility when working with electrical installations
