About the role
- Analista FSQR JR conducting routine tests and inspections on raw materials at Cargill. Responsible for quality assurance under compliance standards in Castro, Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine quantitative and qualitative inspections and laboratory tests on raw materials and products in the final stages of processing independently
- Ensure compliance for all individual tests
- Interpret and document test results in active databases
- Perform calibration checks and keep customer specifications up to date
- Support the development of food safety, quality, and regulatory culture
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or qualification as a Chemical Technician
- Active CRQ (Regional Chemistry Council registration)
- Experience with bench analyses (laboratory bench work)
- Knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
- Must reside in Castro and be available for rotating shifts
