About the role

  • Intern in Educational Supplies at Grupo Salta assisting in demand planning and supplier negotiations. Collaborating with schools to optimize educational resources and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with demand planning, purchase orders, quotations, and execution of educational supplies
  • Serve as a liaison with schools to ensure accurate inventory control
  • Assist in resolving logistical issues
  • Support supplier negotiations and mapping of new partners
  • Track and support management of KPIs related to instructional materials, exams, and photocopied materials
  • Monitor the department budget

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • Enjoy working with numbers; be organized and proactive
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Knowledge of Power BI
