- Facilitate regular status meetings (Jour-Fixes), sprint planning, and reviews
- Act as the interface between project management, the Product Owner, and development teams
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in an agile environment
- Understanding of digital technologies and platforms
- Knowledge of agile methods and frameworks and their application in IT projects
- Proficient with MS Office and ticketing/project-management tools such as Asana
- Pragmatism, excellent time-management skills, and strong numerical aptitude
- Ability to collaborate confidently with colleagues across departments, and excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Fluent German and good English
