About the role
- CNC programmer for automotive industry creating and optimizing CNC programs for complex parts. Focused on quality control and continuous process improvement in a family-run company.
Responsibilities
- Creation of CNC programs for series production of complex components with demanding geometries on SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D controls
- Commissioning, continuous optimization and maintenance of existing CNC programs on modern CNC machining centers
- Monitoring and optimization of production processes with a focus on meeting qualitative and quantitative targets
- Analysis of quality deviations and independent resolution of disruptions in series production
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the metal sector (e.g., as a machining technician / cutting machine operator)
- Preferably further qualifications such as Industrial Foreman (Metal) or Mechanical Engineering Technician
- Solid knowledge in machining and programming CNC milling machines (preferably SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D)
- Reliability, flexibility and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and quickly grasp complex issues
