About the role

Responsibilities
- Development of user-centered concepts and designs that combine functionality, aesthetics and simplicity.
- Analysis of user behavior, identification of needs and translation into intuitive, accessible interfaces.

- Supporting the entire design process – from concept through wireframes and prototypes to the final UI design.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in UX design, interface design or interaction design.
- A passion for good design and a deep understanding of user needs and digital processes.
- Structured, empathetic and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- German language skills at least at B2 level.
