Responsibilities
- Advising retail and trade companies on the implementation and ongoing development of our ERP system
- Analyzing existing processes and making targeted adjustments in the ERP system
- Testing the software and identifying potential improvements
- Documenting all workflows and transferring knowledge through training sessions
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or commercial vocational training (ideally with experience in retail/trade)
- Several years of industry experience
- Strong technical understanding
- Ability to quickly grasp complex processes and align them with our ERP software
