About the role
- Backend Developer in the GRÜN Software Group focused on Progress OpenEdge application development and optimization. Collaborating with various departments to enhance software performance.
Responsibilities
- You contribute to the design as well as the development and further enhancement of modules for our database-backed Progress OpenEdge backend application.
- You maintain, support and optimize existing OpenEdge modules with respect to code quality and performance.
- You actively participate in projects and work closely with various departments.
Requirements
- You are experienced in structured and object-oriented software development.
- Experience integrating relational database systems is a plus.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in software development.
- You possess German language skills at a minimum of B2 level.
- You work proactively, communicate clearly, and enjoy working in a team.
- You are motivated to collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments.
